About Our Pork

From the moment they are piglets, our students take on the responsibility of raising these pigs in an open-air environment, providing them with ample space to roam and thrive. The pigs are fed a curated diet that includes nutrient-rich scraps from our kitchen, minimizing food waste, as well as wholesome food grown in our gardens.

 

Once the pigs have reached maturity as hogs, they are transported to and processed in a USDA inspected facility. Our meticulously raised and delicious pork products, raised by our students, will be ready for pickup or delivery in early September.
