About Our Beef
Our grass-fed, free-range, organic beef is not only delicious, it is high in Omega-3s and has no added hormones or antibiotics, which makes it great for you! Each beef cow has been raised and taken care of by our Hope Farm School students. From putting up fences and haying to moving the cattle to different pastures, the boys do it all.
NOTE: We estimate a whole cow at 320-450 lbs, so your beef order may be more or less based on the actual weight.

About Our Pork
From the moment they are piglets, our students take on the responsibility of raising these pigs in an open-air environment, providing them with ample space to roam and thrive. The pigs are fed a curated diet that includes nutrient-rich scraps from our kitchen, minimizing food waste, as well as wholesome food grown in our gardens.
Once the pigs have reached maturity as hogs, they are transported to and processed in a USDA inspected facility. Our meticulously raised and delicious pork products, raised by our students, will be ready for pickup or delivery in early September.
